Service features
The service may include a browser fruit-merge game, guest access, accounts, score storage, leaderboards, play statistics, and contact tools. Some features require a valid session or browser identifier.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the service under applicable law. Minors should obtain permission from a parent or guardian where required. Users previously suspended for serious violations may not re-register without permission.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate registration information and for protecting passwords and signed-in devices. Do not share credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Public names
Usernames, guest nicknames, scores, and ranks may be publicly displayed. Names containing personal information, impersonation, threats, discrimination, sexual content, unlawful material, or third-party rights violations are prohibited.
Scores and leaderboards
Only scores that pass validation are eligible. Score manipulation, modified clients, automated play, or fabricated run data is prohibited. Suspicious results may be held, hidden, or removed while reviewed.
Prohibited activity
Do not evade limits, automate excessive traffic, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, disrupt users or operations, reverse engineer for abuse, commercially reuse the service without permission, or violate laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Except for rights validly owned by users or third parties, rights in the site's original design, code, text, and database arrangement belong to their respective owners. Access does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or commercialize them.
Third-party services
The site may rely on or link to third-party providers such as Google and Cloudflare. Their availability, content, security, and policies are controlled by those providers.
Changes and suspension
Features may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued for operational, maintenance, security, technical, or legal reasons. Accounts may be restricted without notice when violations or security risks are identified.
No warranties and liability
The service is provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted operation, error-free play, permanent data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose. Where permitted by law, we are not liable for unforeseeable indirect loss, lost profits, or lost data.
